Ted Murphy and His friend Randy were having lunch in downtown Orlando when they spotted someone who seemed to have dropped his wallet, Randy ran over picked it up and tried to give it to that person who immediately said "keep it it's on the king".
Dennis also found a black wallet laying on the floor, he picked it up looking for an ID to return it to whom ever it belongs to.
both wallets contains an interesting message:

That's right, the wallets include notes saying that you can go ahead and keep the wallet. Time Out Chicago reported that Burger King planned to drop 5,000 of these wallets around urban hot spots in Chicago. The wallets contain store credit, ranging from a $1 bill to a $100 bill, a gift card to Burger King, a “Drivers License” featuring The King, and a map of Chicago or Orlando area Burger King’s.
